Shipping Destinations
• We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Times
• Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
• Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days)
• Free Shipping: Standard Shipping only; offered via promotions only.
Note: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
• Please allow additional processing time for orders placed during high-demand periods such as holidays.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was stolen, please file a claim with the carrier and notify us.
